Class Descriptions Instructor
ESSENTRICS Release:   This class is a medium paced, easy to follow rebalancing workout that will simultaneously stretch and strengthen all of your muscles, free your joints and increase mobility. Turn on the Tap:    Keep fit this summer and have some “tap dance” fun ! Each week will be inspired by a different genre of music.  A fun, upbeat tap class to help keep your dance skills in tune.  Open to all levels.  Not suitable for beginners. Lydia Nijboer
